Based on the analysis of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Health Professions Council, the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, the Board of Professional Geoscientists, and the Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
