H.B. No. 5260
AN ACT
relating to the office of vehicle fleet management's plan for the
state's vehicle fleet.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 2171.104(b), Government Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
