It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThe fiscal implications of the bill to units of local government cannot be determined due to the circumstances relating to the district's exercise of eminent domain power, as well as the possible extent of local tax abatements, being unknown.
