The bill amends the Government Code to add certain exceptions to a governmental body's ability to charge for providing records in response to a public information request.According to the Office of the Attorney General, any work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal implication is anticipated from the provisions of the bill.
