Based on the analysis of the Comptroller of Public Accounts, Teacher Retirement System of Texas, Employees Retirement System, Department of Insurance, Health and Human Services Commission, Texas A&M University System Administrative & General Offices, and the University of Texas System Administration, any duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by the agencies utilizing existing resources.Note: The fund, account, or revenue dedication included in this bill would be subject to funds consolidation review by the current Legislature  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
