Methodology This analysis assumes that 1.0 Accountant II full time equivalent (FTE), 1.0 Budget Analyst IV FTE, and 1.0 Program Specialist V FTE would be needed to process payments and determine the average cost for services in the region where the parent resides. This analysis also assumes that the Information Management Protecting Adults and Children in Texas (IMPACT) system would need to be modified as the system does not have the ability to handle manual billing processes for services from providers who are not contracted with DFPS.
