R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Dr. Nidia Cedillo has earned great distinction with
her outstanding service as principal of Weatherford Elementary
School in the Plano Independent School District; and
WHEREAS, Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the
students, faculty, and staff of Weatherford Elementary School,
Dr. Cedillo has led the way in fostering a supportive and
challenging educational environment on campus; and
WHEREAS, A quality education is critical to the continuing
vitality of our state, and Dr. Nidia Cedillo is playing an
instrumental role in helping students to reach their full potential
and become engaged and productive members of their community; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Dr. Nidia Cedillo for her contributions
as principal of Weatherford Elementary School and extend to her
sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Dr. Cedillo as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
