R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Mark Harris has ably served his fellow Texans as an
intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis during
the 88th Legislative Session; and
WHEREAS, Since joining the staff, Mr. Harris has provided
vital assistance in handling a wide variety of challenging tasks,
including bill research and communication with constituents; in
addition to gaining valuable experience in the field of public
service, he has learned more about the legislative process and the
issues facing citizens of the Lone Star State; and
WHEREAS, A senior at Texas State University, Mr. Harris is
pursuing a degree in public administration; and
WHEREAS, Mark Harris has performed his duties as a
legislative intern with skill and dedication, and he is indeed
deserving of special recognition for his fine work; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby commend Mark Harris for serving as a legislative
intern in the office of State Representative Yvonne Davis and
extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success in all his
endeavors; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Harris as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
