R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Cristina Sandoval received a 2023 Women in Education
Award from the Education Service Center Region 2 at its Outstanding
Women in Education event on March 29, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Ms. Sandoval serves as the administrator for
accountability and assessment for ESC Region 2; valued for her
expertise and professionalism, she has quickly become an integral
part of the organization, providing essential support to school
districts and other stake holders; in carrying out her
responsibilities, she draws on nearly three decades of experience
in the field of education; and
WHEREAS, Cristina Sandoval has set an outstanding example of
leadership and dedication to which others may aspire, and she is
indeed deserving of this noteworthy honor; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Cristina Sandoval on her receipt of
a 2023 Women in Education Award from the Education Service Center
Region 2 and extend to her sincere best wishes for continued success
in her important work; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Sandoval as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
