 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, Family and friends will forever treasure their
 memories of Saundra Gail Cullins Holland of Rockwall, who passed
 away on March 17, 2023, at the age of 59; and
 WHEREAS, The former Saundra Cullins was born in Heath on July
 1, 1963, to Ila and Douglas Cullins, and she enjoyed a close bond
 with her sisters, Dana and Terri; she graduated from Rockwall High
 School in 1981, and the following year, she married Lance Holland,
 whom she had known since the fifth grade; the couple became the
 devoted parents of a son, Justin; and
 WHEREAS, As a young wife and mother, Mrs. Holland was
 employed as a legal assistant for the law office of Donald
 R. Stodghill; she later worked alongside her husband to grow their
 family business, Regal Realtors, and in addition to being the
 company's co-owner, she served as a licensed agent, real estate
 assistant, and compliance officer; over the years, she was a
 supportive presence for many of the agents who worked for the
 company, and she was honored on multiple occasions with its "Most
 Valuable Player" award; and
 WHEREAS, Family was always Mrs. Holland's foremost priority;
 she and her husband shared nearly 30 years of marriage before his
 passing in 2011, and she took great pride in their son and in their
 two granddaughters, Wiley and Emma; she enjoyed cheering on her
 loved ones at sports games, cheer competitions, and dance recitals
 and going on cruises, family beach vacations, and trips with her
 friends; she also found great comfort and inspiration in her faith;
 and
 WHEREAS, Saundra Holland lived a life that was rich in the
 intangibles that matter most, and she will be remembered with deep
 admiration and affection by all those who held her dear; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the memory of Saundra Gail
 Cullins Holland and extend heartfelt sympathy to the members of her
 family: to her son, State Representative Justin Holland, and his
 wife, Neely; to her granddaughters, Wiley Beth Holland and Emma
 Cullins Holland; to her sisters, Dana Kay Macalik and her husband,
 Jeff, and Terri Raye Ferguson and her husband, James; to her
 sister-in-law, Dawn Ewing, and brother-in-law, Rodney Holland; to
 her nieces and nephews; and to her many other relatives and friends;
 and, be it further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Saundra
 Holland.
