It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactAs a result of this bill, open-enrollment charter schools would be subject to the requirement of establishing a local school health advisory council in which members are appointed by the governing body of the school to ensure that health education instruction complies with current law.
