Kolkhorst, Chair, Senate Committee on Health & Human Services     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: SB1342 by Perry (Relating to requirements applicable to certain third-party health insurers in relation to Medicaid.), As Introduced     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would amend requirements related to certain third-party health insurers. According to the Health and Human Services Commission, there would be costs for the current claims administration vendor to make systems modifications. It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
