The bill would require the department to establish a pilot program to assist foster children to achieve financial security and independence as the children transition to independent living.It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.   Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
