The bill prohibits a retail seller of motor vehicles from imposing certain restrictions for buyers and prospective buyer for the purchase of a motor vehicles.According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.According to the Consumer Credit Commissioner no fiscal impact is anticipated.
