The bill would amend the Election Code to provide statutory authority for the Secretary of State (SOS) to withhold funds to county voter registrars in certain situations related to voter registration duties.  According to SOS, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated from this expanded authority.    Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
