A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
Relating to the establishment of assistance for veterans.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 164.003, Natural Resources Code, is
amended to add 164.003(a) follows:
Sec. 164.003(a) The board shall review the establishment of a
Veterans Affairs cash-out refinance loan.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2023.
