Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration, the Office of the Attorney General, the Texas Medical Board, the Board of Dental Examiners, and the Behavioral Health Executive Council, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources. Based on information provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts, The number of violations that would result in civil penalty revenue is unknown; therefore, the fiscal impact on the state cannot be estimated.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
