The bill would amend the Business and Commerce Code relating to prohibitions in connection with the online sale of goods.The bill would create a new cause of action for the Office of the Attorney General to pursue as it creates new requirements and prohibitions for online ticket retailers and sellers of goods.According to the Office of the Attorney General, any additional work resulting from the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources.
