The bill would amend Transportation Code, Section 681.011, relating to the offense for unauthorized parking in a space or area designated for persons with disabilities.   Based on the information provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts, the provisions of the bill would have no effect on state revenue. Offenses under Section 681.011 are misdemeanor fine-only offenses and have no impact on the state's correctional population or resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
