R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, December 7, 2022, was indeed a special day in the
lives of Megan and Clayton Travis of Austin, for on that day they
became the proud parents of a darling baby girl, Annie Quinn Travis;
and
WHEREAS, Annie weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces, and measured
18-1/4 inches in length when she made her long-awaited debut at
1:23 a.m. at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center-Round Rock; and
WHEREAS, In addition to bringing great happiness to her
parents, Annie's birth has delighted her grandparents, Debbie and
Randy Brown, Michael Dougherty, Denise Carrell, and Troy and
Cynthia Travis; and
WHEREAS, Annie begins her life secure in the safe and loving
embrace of her family, and with their support, dedication, and
guidance, she may truly look forward to a bright and promising
future; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 88th Texas
Legislature, 2nd Called Session, hereby congratulate Megan and
Clayton Travis on the birth of their beloved daughter and welcome
Annie Quinn Travis as a new citizen of Texas; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for the Travis family as an expression of high regard by
the Texas House of Representatives.
