The bill would amend the state jail felony offense of invasive visual recording by expanding the venue of bathroom or changing room to any place in which a person has a reasonable expectation of privacy. The bill would also add the offense of invasive visual recording to the list of reportable convictions or adjudications applicable to required sex offender registration.It is assumed that any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant. Local Government ImpactIt is assumed that any fiscal impact to units of local government associated with enforcement, prosecution, supervision, or confinement would not be significant.
