Smithee, Chair, House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE: HB1509 by Hickland (Relating to the offense of failure to stop or report aggravated sexual assault of a child; increasing a criminal penalty.), As Introduced No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
