There is currently no data available from existing compact states to estimate a potential licensee population. Based on the analysis of the Texas Medical Board, until the compact commission is formed and there is a clear framework for implementation the fiscal impact to the state cannot be estimated. Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
