In addition to one-time technology costs, the Higher Education Coordinating Board indicates that one FTE would need to be hired beginning in fiscal year 2026 to implement the program. The total cost for this FTE, including salary and wages, retirement benefits and other costs, and one time-costs, would be $79,419. The continuing costs for this FTE would be $75,949 beginning in fiscal year 2027.
