DSHS would collect a fee of $10, which is an amount equal to the fee currently charged for the issuance of other non-certified birth certificates. The agency estimates that the probable revenue gain would be minimal.It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
