The bill would require the Department of Family and Protective Service to provide all medical records and the information used to resolve the case to the child's parent or legal guardian or, if represented by an attorney, the attorney of the parent or legal guardian.It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.
