The bill would require after the filing of a notice, that certain records be made available on written request from an attorney for a party, a party who does not have an attorney, and any person appointed in the suit in which the evaluator conducted the evaluation. It is assumed any costs to the Office of Court Administration could be absorbed within existing resources.
