The bill would expand justifications for criminal responsibility in cases of self defense and deadly force in defense of a person to include when a person uses force or deadly force in certain circumstances to defend against an actor's committed or attempted other violent felony behavior. It is assumed that any fiscal impact and any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.  Local Government ImpactIt is assumed that any fiscal impact to units of local government associated with enforcement, prosecution, supervision, or confinement would not be significant.
