The bill would eliminate the requirement a brewer, brewpub, wholesaler, distributor, or package store local distributor include the universal product code of the alcoholic beverage in the report required by this Section.  The bill would take effect September 1, 2025.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
