It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThe provisions of the bill create specific rules and timelines for when attorney's in child protection cases are required to complete certain tasks. This may lead to an increase in attorney fee costs incurred by counties for legal representation, but the potential fiscal implications cannot be determined at this time.
