The bill would allow the Department of Family of Protective Services to reimburse certain employees for reasonable attorney's fees incurred in obtaining a protective or restraining order up to a maximum amount of $5,000.It is assumed that any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.   Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
