The bill would require the Department of Information Resources (DIR) to conduct a comprehensive review of the centralized accounting and payroll system to assess the systems effectiveness. DIR would be required to submit a one-time report to state leadership that outlines the results of the review, technical and legislative recommendations, and a timeline for implementation.
