The bill would add the Fort Worth Employees' Retirement Fund to the list of public retirement systems eligible to participate in the proportionate retirement program.No significant impact to the state is anticipated from implementing the provisions of the bill.  Local Government ImpactAccording to the Fort Worth Employees' Retirement Fund, there would be administrative costs associated with administering the benefit, but those costs are anticipated to be minimal relative to the Fund's asset size.
