Local Government ImpactThe bill would authorize a municipality that is the county seat of a county with a population of more than 10,000 that contains a state park featuring sandhills to use municipal hotel occupancy tax revenue for costs associated with a recreational facility and costs associated with an arena used for rodeos, livestock shows, and agricultural expositions.
