Methodology According to TCOLE, the agency would require a one-time appropriation of $200,000 in order to contract with an institution of higher education to complete the study required by the bill. TCOLE states that any additional costs that may be incurred after the completion of the initial study could be absorbed within current appropriations. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
