The resolution would provide that an individual accused of certain sexual, violent, and continuous trafficking of persons offenses may be denied bail in certain circumstances.It is assumed that any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.Based on information provided by the Office of Court Administration (OCA), it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the resolution could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.
