Smithee, Chair, House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE: HJR16 by Smithee (Proposing a constitutional amendment requiring the denial of bail for an illegal alien charged with an offense punishable as a felony.), As Introduced No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated, other than the cost of publication.
