It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.The revenue impact of the bill would be dependent on the change in the number of violations subject to administrative penalties under Chapter 254 of the Health and Safety Code as a result of implementing the provisions of the bill. The revenue impact cannot be determined.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
