The bill would consider single source continuum contractors and contracted child welfare continuum providers immune from civil liability except in cases of gross negligence. It is assumed any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services and the Office of Court Administration could be absorbed within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
