The bill would amend the factors the Department of Family and Protective Services shall consider in selecting a placement to include a placement that can meet the long-term needs of a child. It is assumed that any costs to the Department of Family and Protective Services could be absorbed within existing resources.   Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
