It is assumed that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactThere would be a cost to Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and their respective counties as a result of being required to enter into a contract with and fund a management organization for the implementation of supplemental services and improvements to affected districts as outlined in the bill.
