The bill would amend the Election Code related to the election date for the authorization of the issuance of bonds.According to the Secretary of State, there is no anticipated financial impact to the agency. According to the Texas Education Agency, no fiscal impact to the state is anticipated. It is assumed any costs associated with the implementation of this bill at the Comptroller of Public Accounts could be absorbed with existing resources.
