The bill would create the first degree felony offense of continuous aggravated promotion of prostitution, committed when, during a period that is 30 or more days in duration, a person engages two or more times in conduct that constitutes the offense of aggravated promotion of prostitution, and make it punishable by a minimum 25 year sentence. It is assumed that any fiscal impact and any impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources would not be significant.
