The cost to the state for publication of the resolution is $191,689. The resolution would propose a constitutional amendment prohibiting the use of state funds to pay for the obligations of a local public retirement system.  According to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, there are no current or future state obligations to fund a local retirement system, and therefore the resolution would have no fiscal implications to the state.
