PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL CONTRACTOR DISCLO-1 SURE OF GREENHOUSE GAS EMISSIONS AND 2 CLIMATE-RELATED FINANCIAL RISK. 3 (a) P ROHIBITION.—Recipients of Federal contracts 4 may not be required to do any of the following: 5 (1) Disclose greenhouse gas emissions and cli-6 mate-related financial risk as described in the pro-7 posed rule related to Federal Acquisition Regulation: 8 Disclosure of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Cli-9 mate-Related Financial Risk (87 Fed.
