SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Securing America’s 4
Land from Foreign Interference Act’’. 5

VATE REAL ESTATE LOCATED IN THE UNITED 2
STATES BY MEMBERS OF THE CHINESE COM-3
MUNIST PARTY AND ENTITIES THAT ARE 4
UNDER THE OWNERSHIP, CONTROL, OR IN-5
FLUENCE OF THE CHINESE COMMUNIST 6
PARTY. 7
(a) I
NGENERAL.—Notwithstanding any other provi-8
sion of law, the President shall take such actions as may 9
be necessary to prohibit the purchase of public or private 10
real estate located in the United States by members of 11
the Chinese Communist Party and entities that are under 12
the ownership, control, or influence of the Chinese Com-13
munist Party. 14
(b) U
NITEDSTATESDEFINED.—The term ‘‘United 15
States’’ means the several States, the District of Colum-16
bia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Common-17
wealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, American 18
Samoa, Guam, the United States Virgin Islands, and any 19
other territory or possession of the United States. 20
