SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 1
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Firefighter Cancer 2
Registry Reauthorization Act of 2023’’. 3
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF VOLUNTARY REGISTRY FOR 4
FIREFIGHTER CANCER INCIDENCE. 5
Section 2(h) of the Firefighter Cancer Registry Act 6
of 2018 (42 U.S.C. 280e–5(h)) is amended by striking 7
‘‘$2,500,000 for each of the fiscal years 2018 through 8
2022’’ and inserting ‘‘$5,500,000 for each of fiscal years 9
2024 through 2028’’. 10
