Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Federal Interventions 4
and New Detections of Fentanyl Act of 2023’’ or the 5
‘‘FIND Fentanyl Act of 2023’’. 6

Section 7011(d) of the SUPPORT for Patients and 4
Communities Act (42 U.S.C. 247d–10(d)) is amended by 5
striking ‘‘fiscal years 2019 through 2023’’ and inserting 6
‘‘fiscal years 2024 through 2028’’. 7
