Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SEC. 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Supporting Commer-4
cial Fishing in Port Infrastructure Projects Act’’. 5

SEC. 2. PORT INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 1
ELIGIBLE PROJECTS. 2
Section 54301(a)(3)(A)(ii) of title 46, United States 3
Code, is amended— 4
(1) in subclause (III) by striking ‘‘; or’’ and in-5
serting a semicolon; 6
(2) in subclause (IV)(ii) by striking the period 7
and inserting ‘‘; or’’; and 8
(3) by adding at the end the following: 9
‘‘(V) port infrastructure that supports the 10
loading and unloading of commercially har-11
vested fish and fish products.’’. 12
