Agency pharmaceutical contracts.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Further Strengthening 4
Supply Chains for Servicemembers and Security Act of 5
2023’’. 6

SEC. 2. RESPONSIVENESS TESTING OF DEFENSE LOGISTICS 1
AGENCY PHARMACEUTICAL CONTRACTS. 2
The Director of the Defense Logistics Agency shall 3
modify Defense Logistics Agency Instructions 5025.03 4
and 3110.01— 5
(1) to require Defense Logistics Agency Troop 6
Support to coordinate annually with customers in 7
the military departments to conduct responsiveness 8
testing of the Defense Logistics Agency’s contin-9
gency contracts for pharmaceuticals; and 10
(2) to include the results of that testing, as re-11
ported by customers in the military departments, in 12
the annual reports of the Warstopper Program. 13
